At Homespun HoneyBee Designs, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every accessory we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a clear and fair return process.
Our 30-Day Policy
Our refund and returns policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. We regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange once this 30-day period has elapsed.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Packaging: It must be returned in the same elegant condition and original packaging in which it was received.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Any items received that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature or personalization, the following items are considered final sale:
- Custom embroidered or monogrammed items.
- Final Sale, Sale, or Clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Personal hair care items (for hygiene reasons).

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Tracking: For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
Refund Process
- Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed on a weekly basis, every Thursday. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your account statement, as processing times vary between banks and credit card companies.
Exchanges
We recommend placing a new order for the item or hair accessory you want and returning the original item separately. This is the quickest way to ensure you secure the desired piece before it sells out.
Gift Returns
Refund to Giver: If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser (the gift giver).
Gift Credit: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and processed.
